Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non refundable. A new deposit will be required to re-book via the website. New appointments subject to availability. All payments paid toward your appointment are nonrefundable. Anything outside of the deposit can be given as a gift card if cancelled within 3 days. Any payment paid toward appointment and cancelled within 3 days will not be refunded or transferable. All appointments are scheduled to give adequate time to all customers. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will have to be rescheduled with a rescheduling fee of $35. Appointments rescheduled within 3 days of your appointment will result in a $75 rescheduling fee. All service fees are non-refundable.
